Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency held Jakarta Safety Run as K3 2024 closure at PT Smartfren Office Building, Jalan Haji Agus Salim, Central Jakarta, Sunday (3/3).

The activity was participated by 500 participants from Jakarta civil servants and company workers. It took route of Car Free Day along Jalan MH Thamrin by 5 kilometers.

Manpower Ministry's Safety and Health Work (K3) Director, Heri Sutanto, appreciated the agency for running the monthly program.

"I hope the workers will be able to maintain their health better and work accident will decline as well," he said.

Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Agency Head, Hari Nugroho, explained his side cooperated with more than 20 companies during the program implementation this year.

"Running ia the easiest way to do exercise for the sake of our body's health. The healthier the body, the more powerful we do our task," he stated.

K3 monthly program, he added, is the Jakarta Provincial Government's commitment in implementing safety and healthy work in Jakarta.

"K3 monthly program told us we must put safety as our priority in doing our job. Our target is zero accident," he added.

As for information, the committee of Jakarta K3 Monthly Program which consists government, enterpreneur, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and PT Bumida, and other organizations, have conducted several strategic, promotive, and implementative programs such as;
